Player count sampled:

Where these numbers come from

Current figure sampled directly from Valve's GetNumberOfCurrentPlayers API on August 26, 2026; the 24-hour and all-time peaks come from SteamCharts, which aggregates the same Steam data. SteamCharts read 1,117 concurrent at the moment of checking against Valve's 1,163 — a few minutes apart, which is normal drift, not a contradiction.

Why there is no trend line yet

Gallipoli released on August 20, 2026, so there is no month-over-month history to chart yet: SteamCharts still shows an empty monthly table. This page will grow a real trend line rather than display an invented one. These are PC concurrents only — PlayStation and Xbox players are not counted by any public API.

Is that a healthy player count?

For a 25-versus-25 shooter the number that matters is not the raw total but whether a full 50-player match can fill in your region at the hour you play. Gallipoli inherits the WW1 Game Series population pattern: European evenings are the densest window, with Australian and Turkish players adding a second and third peak either side of it — the campaign it depicts still has a national following in both countries.

PlayStation and Xbox concurrents sit on top of the PC figure above and are not published anywhere, so treat the Steam number as the visible slice of a larger pool. If matches are slow to fill for you, the platforms page covers which versions share a player pool. Deciding whether to buy in at this population? The review weighs it up, and the roadmap lists what free content is still coming.
